The return period in our online store is 30 days from receipt of the order.

Below we inform you how to proceed in each case:

1. Product damaged during shipping

Upon receiving the product, you should check it carefully. If you find that it has been damaged during shipping, you should contact us immediately through our contact channels. returns@lamodernasingular.com where we will tell you how to proceed.


2. Wrong product

In the event that we have made a mistake in the shipment of the product, you have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to return it to us. Please contact our customer service at the email address returns@lamodernasingular.com

3. Defective product

For a return due to a defective product, the defect of the item must first be verified by sending photos proving that the item is actually damaged or deteriorated. From here on, everything will be our responsibility.

4. Product does not meet your expectations

If you receive the product and it does not meet your expectations, do not worry, you can return it within 30 calendar days from receipt of the product. To do so, you only need to contact LA MODERNA SINGULAR by any of the available means. The product must be in perfect condition.

After receiving the goods in our warehouse and checking their condition, you will receive a refund of the amount of your order, minus shipping costs, through the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

5. What are the return costs?


If you return a product to us due to an error on the part of LA MODERNA SINGULAR, i.e. a damaged, deteriorated, defective product or a shipping error, we will always assume all return costs. If you want to return a product because it does not meet your expectations, please contact us at returns@lamodernasingular.com . The return costs will be the same as the delivery costs. These delivery and return costs will be deducted from the total amount to be returned.
