We don't know, but the truth is that the common element of these objects, natural esparto grass, was already used by our parents and before that by our grandparents and before that... who knows. In fact, it seems to have always been there.

Well, the truth is that we know that for more than 6000 years, skilled craftsmen have manually made all kinds of objects with this plant fiber, which they even used to make their shoes and clothing.

Without the aid of moulds or machines, the measurements are always approximate, the colours are similar and each product is absolutely unique. No two are alike, it is impossible.

Rough, coarse and with imperfections, its eminently Mediterranean character does not prevent it from adapting to the decoration of any type of environment, style and culture. Each esparto object is a little piece of history.

Natural esparto grass is easily cleaned with water used gently with the help of a hose or a damp cloth, always avoiding the use of chemical products.
